The platform

What is IDX Assist?

IDX Assist is an eStoreware USA platform for real estate websites, IDX property search, listing marketing, and CRM. It connects the place people explore your business with marketing tools and an organized place to review inquiries. The features and usage allowances available to you depend on your plan and approved configuration. Explore the platform.

Who is IDX Assist for?

The public plans are designed for independent agents and growing teams, with brokerage options scoped separately. Each plan covers one website and its stated agent seats. Start with your team size, your brand, and the market you need to serve, then review the tools and allowances you expect to use. Compare the current plans.

How does the website connect to marketing and follow-up?

Your website provides a destination for property information and inquiries. QR campaigns and social content can send visitors to relevant pages. The Lead Center organizes inquiries and contact details so you can review property interest, keep notes, and choose a follow-up step. A QR scan alone does not turn an anonymous visitor into an identified contact. See the workflow in context.

IDX coverage and approval

What is IDX on a real estate website?

IDX is the framework that lets eligible real estate participants display approved MLS listing information on their websites under the applicable rules and agreements. It gives visitors a way to browse property information. Display permission does not automatically allow every other use of that information, such as reuse in exports, reports, or marketing materials. Read the IDX and data details.

Does IDX Assist include every MLS?

No. The published plans describe CRMLS IDX integration and setup for eligible participants, subject to brokerage, MLS, and provider approvals. Other markets or providers may need a separate quote. Tell us your MLS, brokerage, market, and website address so coverage and requirements can be checked before activation.

Can IDX be activated as soon as I choose a plan?

Activation requires the applicable eligibility checks and approvals. Your brokerage authorization, vendor agreements, listing attribution, required disclosures, and approved data uses need review. Approval delays can affect launch timing. A plan request does not itself activate a feed or grant MLS data rights.

Are MLS dues and provider charges included in the subscription?

MLS membership, association dues, domains, and separately assessed provider charges are outside the base plan. Other MLS or IDX provider requirements can change the project scope. Ask for the approved subscription, setup, and additional costs together before choosing your plan. Review the coverage explanation.

Your website and setup

Can I use my existing domain?

Yes. Setup includes connection to a domain you own. Registration assistance can also be requested in your name, with an approved price for registration and renewals. Bring the domain and your current website to the planning conversation so the connection and any transition work can be scoped. See what setup includes.

Can you move my existing website content or CRM contacts?

Migration needs review before a commitment is made. Basic content placement is included in setup; large content or CRM migrations, custom code, and third-party integrations are scoped separately. Identify the pages, media, contact records, and connections you want to move, then agree on what can be migrated and the cost. Do not send private client records or passwords through the sales contact form.

What should I have ready for setup?

Prepare your supplied logo, headshots, biography, brokerage disclosures, social profile links, and brand preferences. We’ll also confirm the domain, plan, agent count, MLS eligibility, and approved inquiry recipients. Desktop and mobile review, test inquiries, and included training are part of the launch process. Follow the setup checklist.

How long will it take to launch?

The timing depends on the agreed scope, the content and assets you provide, and any required approvals. The setup page does not promise a guaranteed launch date before review. Ask for the expected sequence and the dependencies for your particular website when the project is scoped.

Marketing tools and inquiries

Is Canva flyer integration available?

Canva flyer integration is in preview. The proposed workflow brings listing details and selected property photos into supported templates for you to refine in Canva. Preview access, supported templates, account requirements, and permitted property-content use must be confirmed separately. Public showroom examples use fictional sample properties. Ask about the Canva preview.

Will IDX Assist automatically publish to my social accounts?

Connected publishing depends on supported accounts, configuration, and the approved scope. The setup page lists automated social posting and managed advertising as separately scoped work. Review the channels and actions you need before assuming they are part of your subscription. Explore social marketing.

Where do property inquiries go?

The intended customer-site workflow routes inquiries to the approved agent or brokerage for that website. The launch process verifies recipients, permissions, and notification delivery. The IDX Assist sales contact form has a different purpose: it sends your request to the eStoreware service team. Each production website needs privacy information that describes its actual handling of consumer inquiries. Read the inquiry-handling details.

Do QR codes capture a visitor’s name or email automatically?

No. A QR scan shows engagement with a destination. A visitor becomes an identified inquiry when they submit their details. Use the destination page to provide useful property information and a clear way to get in touch. Learn about QR campaigns.

Pricing, ownership, and support

What should I compare beyond the monthly price?

Review the agent seats, website scope, feature allowances, one-time setup, training, taxes, domain costs, and any approved extras or provider charges. Monthly and annual-prepaid are separate options. Use the current pricing page for amounts and the final agreement for the scope and policies you are accepting. Review plans and pricing.

Who owns my domain and supplied content?

The published service details say that a domain can be one you own or registered with assistance in your name. You retain your rights to content you supply. MLS information and third-party assets remain subject to their licenses, and the eStoreware software is licensed as a service. Customer ownership of the software source code is not included. Review the service details.

Can I export my data if I leave?

Your agreement must specify which customer data can be exported, the format, any cost, the export window, and the deletion schedule after cancellation. Confirm those details before purchase. MLS data is not promised as a portable customer export, and hosting and licensed tools do not continue indefinitely after service ends. Read the ownership and export section.

What support and training are included?

Setup includes the training sessions stated for your plan. Email is the primary support channel, with asynchronous help for included website features and scheduled setup training. Confirm response targets and any priority-support scope before purchase. Additional training and custom development need an agreed scope. Review training and support.

Does a new website guarantee more traffic or leads?

No. IDX Assist does not guarantee search rankings, lead counts, transactions, or income. A useful website gives your marketing a relevant destination and visitors a way to inquire. Local expertise, helpful content, distribution, and consistent follow-up still require ongoing work.
