WHY IDX ASSIST?
A website is the start.
Connect what comes next.
Bring your real estate website, listing marketing, and inquiries into a workflow you can follow.
A flyer, a property page, and a contact record each do a different job. IDX Assist brings those steps together so you can present a listing, give people a relevant next step, and keep the resulting inquiries organized.
01 / A PLACE TO SEND PEOPLE
Make your website part of the conversation.
Your website gives buyers and sellers a place to learn about your services, explore your listings, and get in touch. When approved IDX search is connected, visitors can also browse available property information within your site.
That matters when your marketing creates interest. Instead of leaving someone with only a photo and a caption, you can point them to a relevant page with more context and a way to inquire. Your branding, property presentation, and contact path work together.

Give your listing marketing a destination.
A QR code on a flyer or open-house material can send someone to the property or campaign page you choose. Social content can point to that same relevant destination. The benefit is a clear path from the material someone sees to the information they want next.
Ask to walk through that path using a sample listing: prepare the property presentation, connect the QR destination, and review how the page invites an inquiry. A scan shows engagement; it does not identify someone as a lead unless they share their details.

Keep the inquiry with the property context.
Interest becomes useful when you know what someone asked about and what you need to do next. The Lead Center brings inquiries and contact details together, with property interest, conversation notes, and follow-up management.
For an agent, that gives the next conversation a starting point. For a growing team, it creates a practical reason to review who should receive inquiries and how access should work. Your approved recipients and site permissions are checked during launch.

Start with your brand, market, and team.
Setup includes supplied brand assets, website and agent-profile configuration, connection to a domain you own, approved contact routing, and the training included in your plan. Eligible CRMLS IDX configuration follows the required approvals.
Bring your existing website and content to the conversation too. Large content or CRM migrations, custom code, and third-party integrations need their own scope. Reviewing them early helps you compare the actual project rather than just the monthly subscription.

Use the demo to answer four questions.
- Can clients take the next step easily? Follow the path from a listing or QR code to the inquiry form on desktop and mobile.
- Does it fit your market? Confirm MLS eligibility, coverage, approval requirements, and separately assessed fees.
- Will your team use the workflow? Review agent seats, inquiry recipients, notes, and the marketing tools you need.
- What is included in your agreement? Confirm setup, allowances, support, renewal terms, and customer-data export arrangements.
Know what is available for your account.
Features and allowances depend on your plan and configuration. Connected social publishing requires supported accounts and setup. Canva flyer integration is in preview, with availability and account requirements confirmed separately. A website and marketing workflow support your work; they do not guarantee search rankings, leads, or closed transactions.
Keep exploring.
